new traffic laws

i got stuck behing a fcking tractor on the way to work this morning doing 15/20 mph. fcking joke.

 

why is there no law preventing them travelling between say 8-9.30 and 4.30-6pm when people are commuting?

 

road works.....

 

why cant road workers do shift work? work from 11am-4pm then 7pm-whenever. why have road works going on during the time when most cars on on the road. it does not make sense.

 

old people.....

 

old people should be banned from shopping between 12-2pm. they are so fcking slow when you want to get your lunch and go you get stuck behind them dilly dallying around.

 

rant over. your thoughts on these ideas please....
