Man's Work (Documentary)

Football Manager.

Ashley Hames attempts to make a man of himself by journeying to countries around the world in order to train and work with the people in some of the world's most demanding jobs. Slough FC might just escape relegation - if their new manager stops mucking about.

(Exclusive to Bravo, New Episode)

Looking forward to the show - just hope it doesn't take the piss

I'm just hoping that it isn't a complete piss take - I'm unimpressed as it is that in a lot of the programme synopsis it describes the show as Ashely trying to save the club from relegation. A bit of melodrama I can understand but if it becomes 20 minutes of take the piss out of the club I will not be happy

well that was....interesting.....

typical of the show, billing him as a failure in the first half but the 'hero' who saved us from relegation in the second half. thought it was hilarious, especially some of eddies comments!! also good to see some of the action again.

only 2 mentions of our homeless situation though.

I enjoyed the episode, and think that only good can come from it.

It didn't reflect badly on the club, and it didn't backfire like many people thought it would.

Thought that Eddie, Mark, Bernard and the players came across very well. Surely that can only be good?

I liked the start..."You're just a twat on the telly".....

I agree that it didn't harm the club, and he did mention our homelessness in passing a couple of times.

also thought that Bernard's reaction to "I'm going to play 4 up front" was hilarious
