Well I was quite excited as a matter of fact, Sidney. So much so that I was tempted to make a request to David Baker for more good wishes to Ricay from the Mighty Saints - 'London Calling' this time, but I didn't want to dilute the news from the club. Perhaps David could remember that one for next week.

 

I see on another thread that Gazza has asked which club you support Sidney. Is there any possibility of an answer to that one to satisfy my curiousity?

 

Or are you a former Ricay fan who gets some kind of pleasure from making inane postings on here? Are you confused about your sexuality, too?

Any hint of "repressed feelings" from Sidney when he was on your board, CL0? You can often spot that kind of stuff.

 

There's no shame in it. This is 2006, after all. I have no problem with what he does in the privacy of his own home. Providing he doesn't put his hand on my knee, of course.

 

He's probably in denial.

Is Matt in 'The Green Room' or whatever it's called on the wireless? Is the new player in the studio, too? Do you do requests? Did you know that the answer to last week's question was 'Them'? would you like some more questions which you could use on the show? As it's for the Ricay, I'll waive my usual fee. So many questions.

 

You wouldn't need a make-up person for Sidney, I suspect. Know what I mean?

I appreciate that you're making these postings while a track is being played and I'll assume that was made during a pretty short one, but I should explain that I don't 'do' AGMs, and I certainly don't put forward ideas in public. [if anybody suggests requests or quiz questions, they will have plagiarised them from here.]

Now as far as the New Signing is concerned. That Town Crier chap isn't about so you can tell me now, if you like. I might not be able to pick it up at 6.20 on Drive-Time. It wont go any further. Trust me on this one.

Now he is real quality.

 

Northern Ireland or the Republic U 21 or something. He was out injured for a good part of last season, I recall, but he's a good 'un. I've heard nothimng but really good things about him.

 

Oi!! David! How about "The Fields of Athenry" for t'lad? No. That's probably too modern. "Whiskey in the Jar"? "I don't like Mondays"?
