Administration matters.

Just trying to clarify some society dates.

 

Firstly, i am never sure if my membership is currently up to date of not.what was the date,where last seasons membership ran out and a new one was required for this season.Does society membership expire at the same date each season.??

 

Secondly,what is the date by where we can vote for board members for this coming season?

No doubt it's very difficult to send an application form to someone called Lovely Stuff. Maybe it should just be sent to you as ......?

 

Memberships run until the end of May each year.

 

If you did not receive a letter from the board inviting you to the last society meeting, then you would not have been a member.

 

You can pay your 2006-2007 £10.00 fee to Paul Reed.

 

Not sure about the voting for the new board members although it tends to be around August/September for a decision to be given out at the October AGM.

 

Why not contact the board direct?
