True but can you really look beyond AFC or Chelmsford for the title this year? Given the Billericay and Heybridge will probably be strong again it will be very tough for Hampton to get up.

At this moment in time I'd say Wimbledon, Chelmsford and Hampton will be challenging - but it's only early June at the moment. Wimbledon haven't added to their squad yet as far as I know, so it will be interesting to see who they sign up.

Matt, add Heybridge, Billericay, Margate, Bromley and Borehamwood into the mix, with Staines, Worthing and Carshalton (if their appeal fails) probably not far away either. It is going to be a very strong division

Until we get a ground sorted out, we will always run the risk of losing good players as it will be very difficult, if not impossible to progress without our own ground. Still sorry to see Hodges go though.

OH dear--------------I am out of touch for a couple of weeks and come back to this news, even worse than when we lost Booty.

 

Cant say I envy Eddie the search for someone who can even come near to matching Ian in terms of goals---maybe he can surprise us again --otherwise any chance of Matty Seedel coming back assuming the previous problems can be put on one side ?

 

Hope we finish above Hampton next season ! .
