He used to play for Ramsgate, he was awful, but Welford was awful at Dovoure so maybe Hickman is not too bad.

STILL A BIT FUZZY WITH THE YOUTH SET UP THING,SO IF THE URSULINE ACADEMY IS A FOOTBALL FACTORY THAT FINDS TALENT AND PASSES THEM ON TO US,DO WE THE YOUTH SECTION HAVE TO PLACE THEM IN ONE OF OUR YOUTH TEAMS,OR IS IT DONE SEPERATLY.AND WHEN YOU SAY MEMBERSHIP,WHAT DOES THAT MEAN EXACTLY?.I MAY SOUND A BIT DUMB BUT BECAUSE IM INVOLVED WITH THE YOUTH SETUP I CANT SEE HOW THEY CAN FIT MORE PLAYERS IN.BUT IF IT IS DONE SEPERATLY WILL OUR OWN YOUTH SECTION BE INVOLVED,AND AS FOR O-A LEVEL EDUCATION DOES THAT MEAN IF YOU HAVE THEM YOU MAKE A BETTER PLAYER LOL.

Totally agree with you tony. Mark was a good asset to the club. You wont find a better coach or manager in thanet IMO. Expect many good times ahead. Good luck to Tom aswell.
