Slough Town will be taking on a team made up of ex-Polish professional players as part of an Open Day at the Polish Club in Slough.

I dont think the team needs anymore injuries, think of what Martin could do to Metz and I dont think he would want to be out for another season.

I'm not sure what time this match would be kicking off at the moment, but I would imagine around 2pm which would leave plenty of time for people to either watch the World Cup in the Polish Club or elsewhere.

so the supporters team vs ???? kick off at 12pm then the Slough vs ex Internationals at 2pm then world cup final. It's a win-win situation!

Sounds like a good opportunity to get in a Supporters Game - although it means I would be playing with a hang over again. Will suggest it to the Windsor mob.

Given it's not an STFC day, I would suggest asking the lot at the Polish club if this is something we can do.

Indeed. Will speak with the Polish club and see if this is actually possible. They may have other plans.

The Polish club have a sunday league side KS Gryff who are pretty good, i think they are in the 2nd division (1 beloe my team) They would be a lot better than the AFC Wombles side so expect double figures if we played them.

Ha, Ha! Not always good. Depends if they have to call on their Saturday team to make up the numbers who my a few of my mates play for!

Roy has asked me to remind everyone that the match is scheduled to kick off at 9th July at the polish association : The polish club will be very very busy and lots of extra events are planned !
