Possibly all a bit quiet on this front, although on other hand the league transfer window does not open until 1 June, so will something be happening then ?

 

Or:

whilst He has obviously trialled at league level,was CK 'spinning up' the success of these trials and the real interest in OS.

 

Or:

Is our quality buying flurry ,partially financed by a known forthcoming transfer of Osman.

I think CK did not want to play him (for what ever reason) so sending out on trial was a good excuse not to.

Was there not a tendancy for CK to use young players as bench fodder? Tako, Hammond, Perry, Jay Saunders(when he initially signed him), Yorath,Tamba & Sesay were all teenagers just used as subs for a long time. One exception being Charalambous, who only got a place because of the transfer embargo plus injuries to Annon & Gradley.
