City sign 4 Canvey players!!!!!

The 4 that have signed for Chelmsford so far must have to take pay cuts to play for them. I can't believe Chelmsford can match their Conference wages seeing as Jeff is supposed to be there as a manager only(something I find hard to believe)

Just noticed that myself Matt.

 

To be very honest McKinney wasn't a firm favourite of mine. Good shot stopper but didn't command his area as well as Danny and did make the odd mistake. He seemed to suffer from a touch of nerves. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

 

Good luck to him and he'll probably be more than capable at Ryman Prem level.

 

It's easy to get Jason And Jay confused - they are both young, talented, got their chance at Canvey and both their names begin with J <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I also notice on the Chelmo forum that a "Meet the Players & Management" evening is being arranged. You would never have got that at Canvey, but I reckon we probably could now.

She picked the worst possible game to make a visit to Canvey I see. That Crawley game was truly dreadful!!

Oh it was!!! Dom Sterling's goal was about the only real moment from that game. Seem to remember it was also rather windy that day!!!

Not this season I expect. JK got sent off in that Altrincham game I believe and Mario scored a stunning goal.

oh yes trust me THIS season, we always have to have a very bad spell somewhere throughout the season. yeah thats the game cant remember the goal though!
