It would be good news if Andy Ford were to get another crack at running a Conference side. I think that given time he would do well. He obviously has established links with Stevenage, but I expect them to go for a more aggressive character which they seem to believe will be more likely to lead them to promotion. I'm not so sure that this would turn out the way they believe. If the names mentioned have all applied it is a pretty decent field and competition will be stiff. Good luck to A F in this contest.

Stevenage reached the playoff's when AF was second in command there. This season they didn't.

 

Stevenange have all the things we never quite did when AF was at GNFC. A Great Stadium, larger fanbase and a bit of dosh. Give AF these 3 things and I wouldn't be surprised to see them automatically promoted under his stewardship.

 

oh and another thing . . . if AF gets it I bet he signs Drury full-time and your see him go onto bigger and better things.
