To return to the QE2 thing, I find it difficult to see how such a deal could not "move the club forward". Of course I am not privy to the details, and it seems never will be. I suspect that the devil in the detail is as likely to be between the club and the council, as freeholder, as between the Applicant and the club.

And [not surprisingly] we are just about where the discussion started. Surely proof that the THFC aspirations in the Borough DO have implications for Town!

Interesting news in the Advertiser this week - front page news about the allotments going, a pitch used by Enfield and Ignatians RFC, etc. However, nothing decided and I'm sure that there will be some people up in arms after having read the article.
