Not a criticism Gary, but since the last time the site was enhanced there have been several pages that are coming soon e.g. Supporters Team, Honours, Sponsorship. My suggestion would be to either fill these pages with information or remove them from the site until such time as when they are ready to go onto the site. I would be looking to sort these bits before adding new stuff onto the site.

 

I did enjoy having a look at the Media Archive page which I have not noticed before. Boxall wearing a hat at Met Police made me laugh

Sponsorship... Don't get me started on that one...

 

The honours should be around somewhere, has simply been missed off, but the more ideas we get, the sooner we get them, the longer we have to work on them for when the site is re-done in July.

 

The media archive was something to be done with freewebs and despite their claims of allowing you extra space, despite multiple requests, they did nothing so it had to be knocked on the head. Got what I could up there, but not enough space sadly.

Will have a scour around different sites in the next few days and see what gems I notice

I could do small profiles on the Supporters Team if you want that done, but may need some pics done as well.

Already mentioned it to you but if we could have the opposition's line up in the match reports it would be good. As I generally don't get a programme for myself I often leave games thinking so and so looked a decent player but never finding out who is but I can't be bothered to view the oppo's pages as they are usually garbage.

 

Have to say I think our site is great - it looks good and works well.

The oppo line up is something which will be built into the reports pages, so that's a given.

 

If the gaffer decides to get some matches this season, I might persue a supporters team page, otherwise I'll leave it as I don't think there'll be enough to have a separate section for it.

I am going to see if I can book a pitch for a friendly or two at the Polish club in the not too distant future. Maybe have a discussion about where we want to take the supporters team in the future. I am not too well connected in terms of arranging matches. Do we want to face the embarassment of a league?

I don't think with the selection of players available we have the ability to compete in a league without facing near embarassment!

Working on DVD & shop sales through Paypal, the Trust can work out if they actually want the site before I'm going down that route.

Is there any chance that the Club website can have pictures of current players?

 

The only current ones on show are Steve Daly - asuming he is playing next season, and Gareth Mcleary - asuming that he too does not get poached.
