The role of a good coach in the ESL

Recommended Posts

What would you look for in a good coach at this level. If you were on a interview panel what questions would you ask and what would you look for in your ideal candidate.

What would you allow them to do and not allow them to do

Wow! A team full of Danny Mulrooneys! Wont it get a bit crowded in between the goalposts! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Plenty of room for open play out on the pitch though!
