The role of a good coach in the ESL

What would you look for in a good coach at this level.If you were on a interview panel what questions would you ask and what would you look for in your ideal candidate.

 

What would you allow them to do and not allow them to do

[Lightweight]

I feel the best attributes a good coach could offer would be good air conditioning a mini bar and a toilet. Also if it could be one of those double decker types would be perfect. They always turn peoples heads.

Not forgetting topless stewardesses too. Always a must on a long trip. Plus a copious stash - for personal use of course - of Class C drugs, 42inch plasma TV screen and a juicer. Must have a juicer.

me as a level 1 coach i think that at this level is to bond together the youth & reserves for the future i think that romford have a good youth & reserve side look for example the danny mulrooneys that are comming through & the past youth like tolan,the cowleys & etc
