no i mean like a bottle of coke of something because i want to work out weather it would be cheaper to get a junior fleet or a season ticket counting all the extras lol
the junior fleet is £15 pound a season and you have to pay £3 a game 2 enter and a season tiket is £92.50 but i am wondering weather the freebies with the season ticket add up to over what the junior fleet ticket comes to a season

The junior fleet membership also includes 4 tickets for an adult to get in at half price so saving you £24.00, not bad for a £15.00 outlay.

Plus of course the big attraction for all true fleet fans....christmas and birthday cards signed by the players.

But if you're turning 16 halfway through the season as I am, the Concessionary seasonticket is better, as you're charged at u-16's prices for the whole season, as opposed to having £3 off of adult prices when you become 16, or no money at all if the club cancel your membership. Guess which one I'm choosing? hehe but im gonna miss the birthday cards though!

You expressed your displeasure with the Club last season by not buying a season ticket though didn't you! I'm thinking of doing the same this season. I may get one of the mini tickets instead or simply pay on the day. If I do I will let the Club know why too.

I forgot to add that WWs reason for not buying a season ticket last term was to protest against the treatment of Andy Ford by the board of directors. What is so different when someone like myself wishes to protest about the treatment of Jimmy Jackson by the same board? Try and distinguish these if you can!

And Andy was allowed to leave on his terms, without the stigma of being sacked or surplus to requirements.

After 500 games Jacko was simply dispensed with - his crime, part time.

Makes you proud to know our board care for legends.

I think WW didn't buy a season ticket as a protest against the Stasi-like "no refunds" policy operated by Glenn Aitken.

If people cast their minds back a supporter lost their ticket after their wife threw it away - he asked if he could get a replacement for an administration charge only and was told he had to buy another at full price. "Wicksy" then made a big deal out of how a local business had come to the rescue buy funding the replacement and made it out to be a good thing that the club had taken that stance.

There's a post on here somewhere called "Wicksys Weak" detailing it.

You lot have good memories !!

It was indeed the combination of the 2 that I protested about.

I was incensed by the club, not replacing a season ticket for one of our supporters, whom genuinely lost it very early on in the season. In the end a local businessman stepped and bought a new one for the fan. Therefore local businessman gets good publicity , the club gets load of bad publicity.

I contacted the club and said I would not renew for the following season, if this ruling was not rescinded.

The club did not respond, so being true to my word , my hand was forced.

And secondly I protested at the way AF was forced out. The drip drip of constant undermining, so AF being the proud man he is, was forced to do the only thing available to an honourable man. The Board were weak in the AF fiasco, as to me they wouldn't back him or sack him.

It differs from Jacko to the extent that Jacko's contract had expired and just not renewed. We can debate all we like about whether we think he deserves another contract or not, and I am sure we will still disagree. But in this instance the club have made a decision and acted upon it . whether you agree it is right or wrong is open for debate but you can't argue that the club did not act properly.

The difference between last season and this year, is fairly obvious to me. Last year the club were turning full time , Fleet leisure on the horizon, Gladwish involved and a general feeling that whilst we were not awash with cash, the finances were strong enough to maintain a conference side.

it is fairly obvious this year that money is an issue. With players needing to be signed prior to season starting, the more money coming in pre season in the form of season tickets, the better chance of better players, the better chance of avoiding relegation.

But each man can make up the their own mind on this , and must act accordingly.

With the exception of the KSC, I only missed one home game last season, so the club done better out of me anyway.

Correct - by your definition, the club certainly didn't act 'improperly'. 'Pettily' would probably be a better description, given that Daish openly admitted that he wanted to keep Jacko for footballing reasons, but felt he couldn't simply because he wouldn't train during the day.

I have not renewed and at this point in time do not plan to.

The style of footie being displayed under Daish is unattractive and shows no flexibility when we go behind.

The club are faceless.

No advertising of reserve games in advance , no tannoy announcements , the layout of lthe club is a mess. You come through the turnstiles and see a small program stall. No sugns to shop or bar or the queue to the burger stool.

It seems as if we are just going through the motions week in week out.

We get suggestions on how to increase gates , and some work , some dont. But above all , my biggest gripe is if we are a business , then why cant we tell the league we wont play Tuesdays when Champions League is on ITV.

No one has any balls to do anything positive form within the club and it is left with to The Trust to help out as much as possible.

Look good from the outside and positive on the inside.
