Stimson seems to have gone because he didn't get the club into the league. Christ! they have only been in the Conference one season and then only just missed out...and have won the Trophy two seasons running.

That's what the press release said, but I'd take that with a pinch of salt. It also said Stimson thought he'd taken the club as far as he could... which I read as "Stimson's been tapped up elsewhere and is resigning now so he's clear to take another job".

He'd be good at Stevenage with his mop-topped lank-haired crony Adam Miller...
