New season / New Players ?

Remember some months ago there aws rumour on here about a couple of Hendon players joining Town.

Well on Hendons Web site - Ricci Crace is rumoured to be going to Hertford.

Why ? They on finished 4 off the bottom of Ism Two. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/boxing.gif" alt="" />

... and will be playing in County league football.

According to the Hendon Website in an entry dated today, Ricci Crace is remaining with the club and is taking over a club captain. Five players are leaving them, Iain Duncan, Blaise O'Brien, Charlie Mapes, Jeff Campbell (returning to New Zealand) and keeper Rikki Banks. Also noted was that ex-Enfield keeper Andy Pape would be there in a coaching capacity.

Maybe Arsenal will release Thierry Henry after that poor performance last night we could do with a striker! I'm sure he would not miss at our level of football!

Would love to see him back at the Town.(i don't think we've ever replaced him),but he does come with a lot of baggage.

I've always enjoyed watching brother Kevin Cooper but for whatever reason he and EFC didn't work together so what makes me think he would do the business for us - Don't know!

He did do the business.It was outside factors that caused his departure.If those circumstances have/could change,then his contribution on the field would be welcome.
