smallsy dennis elliot wont leave barking as hes also the chairman after what happened with peter webster but elliot has got a good track record & will be i think a good replacement for jlo as he took barking to the play offs twice in a row, essex senior cup final & achieved success at ford united (redbridge)also mcbride would be a good choice
