Rob Smith

I wouldn't call it official, but I spoke to Rob's father on Tuesday evening at The Park.

 

He was taken to hospital on Saturday and the X-ray showed no break. He was bandaged and saw a Specialist at MK on Monday. The Specialist couldn't find the problem due to swelling or something so for protection, he has been put in plaster for two weeks, ankle to quite high. [unlikely to be available against Basingstoke, therefore.] He will see the Specialist again in a fortnight.

Rob Smith is out until March says the Herts Ad.

 

The legends game was a 1st team game and I played for City as Colfer and co were on the legends side.

 

Jimmy King is still the best left winger we've ever had at the park, I would say Rob Smith is second.

The legends game wasn't a competitive game. EFMTFTV, you weren't on the teamsheet, your name wasn't submitted to the referee, and therefore you should have been ejected from the ground by some over-the-top Stockport / Aylesbury / Kingstonian - esque stewards.

Oh yeah, and Thornsy - you always tell me that Friendly matches don't count towards anything, so that means you can't count your appearance in the Legends game, as well as your "goal" for EFM.
