So the powers that be have spent all day deciding who goes where from Step 1 to four. They could have spoken to another a few weeks back and saved themselves a fortune.

However I digress. So when does step five and beyond get sorted. During a fag break in the Soho Square car park or between Lattes in the local Costa Coffee?

Would make a great episdoe of Doctor Who...Step Five and beyond..nobody can hear you scream in inner space..

Still having my large proboscis close to the ground, a bee humming bird tells me that there may yet be a few stings in the tail, plus lots of albumin on visages tambien.

But seriously I thought that the step 5 decisions would be made on May 11 (i.e. yesterday) and -taking up a post on another thread -it was my understanding that all step 5 leagues for season 2006/7 would consist of 20 teams.
