Looks like it's Ryman 1 North

I have to say, I find this new league very, very dissapointing. It's more or less a London league apart from a few sides. The Ryman appears to lack the gravitas of the Southern league. As a supporter, I do not feel very motivated by it all. This is the true cost of missing out on promotion. A grim situation for both the club and supporters. When you look at the Southern Premier, there is a good cross-section of teams because of the distances. It will be very mundane next year. I expect will not agree, but one is not a happy bunny - disillusioned!!!!

Many many many years ago, when I was an invisible nipper, we used to listen to Two Way Family Favourites on the wireless (as radios were called then) while we had Sunday lunch. The programme was a request show with presenters in London and Germany, for forces families at home to request records for those posted abroad or vice versa. Sonetimes they went three way and did Aden, Australia, Honkers, all sorts of places where we used to send troops for no obvious reason.

Anyway, I remember this Australian DJ/presenter type person reading out the address of someone in "Bury Street, Edmunds".

Just thought I'd mention it.

Could not agree more, will certainly be some 18 hole golf Saturdays next season, totally depressed!
With a bit of luck the likes of Ilford, Waltham Abbey, Hendon, Tilbury etc will be wet Tuesday nights in winter!

hopefully we will get them as there last home game of the season and there'll do another special offer of £5 as was the case last season vs uxbridge.

if not maybe a boycott on aveley, that'll screw em up.
