I remember the days at our old Manor ground before our x chairman led us on this wonderfull journey making 10s of millions for himself and leaving us in a ground that we dont own (paying 400k a year in rent to him)

by the way what is the capacity of your ground.

That's O.K. farmeryellow, everybody here is Under 7.

 

We have the Conference Grading and the capacity of the ground is around 6000. You pay rent of £400,000, eh? The rent at Clarence Park is £1 per year.
