F.A. Trophy Question (2)

We played Hayes in the FA Trophy in the 2nd Q round a few years back...

 

1) What was the year?

2) What was the score? and scorers??

3) Who were the match Sponsors?!

4) How much did the club get for reaching the 3rd Qr ? to the nearest tenner!)

 

To give you a clue on the year we had beaten Stevenage B 2-1 in the FA Cup 3rdQ round replay in front of 1,781 spectators the Tuesday before....scorers Dean Williams and Kevin Mudd

 

As a bonus (not that you win anything) We played Hayes on the 16th March 1996 and at the time were top of the league with the visitors 4th. A look at the Hayes squad shows a few familiar names....7 in fact...can you name as many ex Saints players (both past and present) who were in the Hayes squad at the time?

As for the 7th player, I seem to remember we had a goalkeeper who played about 3 games for us, was aged about 18, went to Hayes and did very well. It's him but I can't remember his name for the life of me!
