i think its the last 5 games . Maybe the fixture list will mean we may only have to move a couple.

Crowd size is dependant how where we are in the league, and we may get back the ones who have drifted around the Island.

IF we groundshare it will be for a few games thats all.Its been well stated that if there are games of that nature they will & have been agreed to be at Southwood.Whats all this about Herne Bay & other grounds anyway. It aint gonna happen!

Nobody has mentioned ground sharing at all. The statement states that we have asked to play the last matches away from home, and I think the majority of people on this forum took it that way

Sorry I was still thinking in terms of work happening at the ground. That was mentoned at the meeting. It is clear now that that isnt going to happen so yes,you are correct in that groundshare of any kind is not on the agenda.Sorry I was going back on myself a bit there, back to pre-statement days before the news about about the building delays came about. As it is now away games at the end of the season will be away, correct,at others grounds. If that happens NOT to be acceptable by the authorities then the outcome would be that we share Southwood for those few games & no-where else.Thats the way I see it anyway.

I reckon we will be groundsharing from Aug 2007 until Dec 2007.

Whilst i appreciate the full facility will take probably a year to complete, i can't imagine enough progress being made between the very short window of March-July to enable us to kick off 2007/8 seson in a ground/pitch that is finished on even just two sides.

I would have liked to have seen next years building works start in Feb, and maybe in 6 months, sufficient progress cold have been made to enable us to kick off 2007/8 in a partially completed new facility

Not the end of the world though, and will still be worth waiting for

This could become complicated. Suppose we have a home game postponed in the second half of the season? (As happened against Windsor this year.) That means any rearranged match would have to be played almost immediately, but that may not be possible if the opposition have other commitments.
