I will let people decide who the pratt is by letting them read the above quote

(which exhibits your 'marvellous' understanding of grammar.)

I stand by my previous comments - you make yourself look stupid.

Britang back Tostao, we need u as soon as possible at this rate ! I wonder where Hamid Barr was. Not even on the bench.

Hamid and Jimmy Strouts were both absent because their wives were giving birth.

The new Strouts arrived Friday evening and when I last heard we were still waiting for baby Barr.

Just woken up after going straight onto nights from yesterdays game!

The report on the Morcambe site is pretty accurate unfortunately. Although we had a fair degree of the game at times, they always looked likely to score and that first goal after something like 14 seconds was an absolute killer.

I was a bit upset that some of our supporters who travelled well over 500 miles, obviously aren't supporting ALL OF THE TEAM. But, they know who they are and I can only assume that they must live a very sad existance during the week, but as Jessica said, they really aren't worth worrying about. Apart from that, the support from the real fans was excellent and you can tell the team appreciated it. One of the Morcambe supporters commented on how they couldn't tell which team had won by the reaction of the supporters at the end of the game! If there are any people who are in two minds about going to long distance away games, DO IT! Its well worthwhile. By the way, Morcambes hospitality was first class, really nice friendly people who were only too glad to put themselves out for us. In my opinion, the best place we have been to this season.

No doubt about Aarons sending off, I saw him get kicked beforehand, but the ref didn't, he did see the retaliation though, another steep learning curve for all the team. Rest assured, the team that was out there, gave their all, its just that some of them really aren't back to full match fitnes yet. All we need is a couple of wins to steady the ship, so lets hope it starts with Kettering next Saturday

Onwards and upwards!!!

As the match ended Aaron was sitting all alone in the stand. From where I was sitting in the stand, I couldn't see what had happened, so I asked him and he told me that he was sent off for kicking, but that he didn't kick anyone but was trying to get to the ball as there had been no

whistle and the ball was still in play.

Couldn't agree more. My first match as a reporter, and the officials couldn't have been more helpful.

I cant argue with what Aaaron said, Dave. he is an honest guy and if thats what he said happened then fine. However from my angle, which would have been the same as the ref, (albeit he was about 75 yards closer!) it looked like he kicked out, which is why I imagine he was sent off.

Once again, a referee who was being assessed gave what can best be described as a "picky" performance. He appeared to make no adjustments for the terrible conditions and for a 20 minute period in the middle of the 2nd half, he lost it completely. Lets hope he gets no further up the ladder. Bet he does though.

The annoying thing is, we appear to be a dirty side, and that just isn't true. Maybe we need to take a closer look at what match officials are clamping down on, like retaliation, and dissent. It might stop one or two of the sillier bookings?

Well, the referee was admittedly harsh at times considering the slippery conditions, but that doesn't disguise the fact that Morecambe were worthy winners. Like Scarborough last week, the speed of their attacks was too much for us. Having said that, we did well to recover from conceding such a ridiculously early goal, and actually matched Morecambe in my view in the first half.

After the game once again I am philosophical in defeat, owing to the quality of the opposition (it really has been an incredibly hard month, with trips to Halifax, Scarborough and Morecambe). But in my view a crucial few weeks lie ahead, and we must look to take points from all of our next three home games, which are all against sides that are below us in the table (i.e. Kettering, Forest Green and Margate).
