Gavin Heeroo, who trialed with us last season has been released, looked a good solid mifielder when with us. Also Fola Onibuje, a tall striker released from Cambridge Utd I believe. Along with him Afful, striker released from Exter.

Maybe keeping our feet on the ground a bit more, i read that Gills have released some reserves- goalkeeper -Danny Knowles(who went to East Thurrock on loan during last season, and right back- Mark Corneille-previously with eastbourne who i think is quite highly rated by some.

 

Eastbourne have released Anton Robinson-maybe we could get him second time around !!

Hopefully Anton will sign again and i think it is deffinitly worth going for the released Gills players.

Agree about Gavin Heero-Pity we did not manage to hang onto him at start of season.

 

 

Maybe with his Essex conections ,RT could lure him back to the Gate

 

Imagine if CK had kept hold of Heero, Warren Ryan,Jamie Smith,(extended loan ?)Mark Green,Anton Robinson.

 

We did have some quality players go through us last season (we certainly had some rubbish aswell-forgive me, but Baxter who coulod not stand up , and resigning Shambles must have been all time lows

Teabarmark, Living in Exeter I hear alot about Exeter FC. Yes they have released Les Afful but I doubt he'd move to Margate/Kent & hes not a prolific scorer, just eager. We need a proven scorer to pair up with DH.
