Hi,

 

how long have Enfield been looking to get they own ground?

 

the council are always slow in helping

 

would be good to have more of a statidum as i see a lot of people attend the matches which is great

 

also are posters put up for games in enfield?

No idea how long Enfield FC have been looking for a ground? Enfield Town FC have always wanted their own ground since creation in 2001.

Markwe, If you're new to the story of Enfield, Southbury Road and the formation of Enfield Town FC you should get a copy of the 'Clubs in Crisis' paperback. I found it a valuable insite into the story before deciding which of the two clubs to follow when I moved to the area.

 

I think it's still available in the club shop. If you can't wait until next season, take a look at WHSmiths in Town or check on eBay - I have seen it on there from time to time.
