It would indeed Ryan...

 

I was just thinking, after the oficial announcement from Chelmsford Council that the ground previously known as Melbourne Park is now known as Chelmsford Sports And Atheletics Ground (in order to encourage those residents to take up sports and atheletics...no mention of the football club), CAC works on so many levels.

 

Chelmsford Atheletics City

Chelmsford And Canvey...

 

I'll leave it to others to come up with some more.

Whats wrong Gazza.Trying to console yourself with 6th place.You know that even without Jeff Kings money Chelmsford City will be stronger next year.Neither Club got promoted and until one of us does there isnt much to brag about.

I think our season has been a good one...better than Chelmsford's. And all this "next season" bollox from Chelmsford...

 

At this point in time, we finished a better team than Chelmsford and that is good enough for me

i dont have any problems with billericay and looking forward to playing you next season and hopefully we will both be promoted.However it does seems you have a problem with us

Over the course of a 42 game season we have proven to be a better team than you.

 

Read some of the posts made by Billericay fans on your forum, then compare them to the drivel that you lot post on here, then come back and tell us again who has the problem with who.

After reading your post...One would presume that it is you with the problem. Now go back to your Chav Chums and CAC...

Of course you did indeed beat us twice BUT we're talking about a league performance which is over 40 odd games and our league position is better than yours...let me remind you

7 Billericay Town 42 19 12 11 69 45 24 69
8 Worthing 42 19 10 13 71 60 11 67
9 Walton & Hersham (P) 42 19 7 16 55 50 5 64
10 Chelmsford City 42 18 10 14 57 62 -5 64


And with a goal difference of 24 compared to -5 would seal the fact that we are, this season, over the course of the whole season, better than Chelmo. Hard for those Chelmo Chav's to take but, like most things, they can choke on it as far as I'm concerned.

Actually, when you do read the table and the goal difference, you have to applaud the management and the team for an enjoyable season. Well done and thanks.

My point was that neither of us won anything and we are still both in the same league. I will repeat I dont have any problems with billericay or any other Essex team doing well.

 

Both teams can say they had a 'successful season'in their own way.

 

i am not a Chav and cannot speak for any other City fans that come on here. You must have a problem because you start hurling insults as soon as someone from Chelmsford comes on this messageboard.

Hey, BC. What's the point of having your "King Across The Water" (well, Benfleet Creek) but not getting his dosh? How are Chelmo gonna afford these 10 Conference South quality players he's bringing with him (repeated again in tonights Echo), & if you can afford em why d'you need JK?

Sorry about my facetious comment Rik, but just thought that Gazza was being a bit cheeky with his posting.
NO-ONE knows what the TRUE situation is with regard to the alleged advent of JK at the moment, so no comment. Personally, I THINK I would prefer it if he didn't turn up at all, and leave us Clarets to develope our OWN big [****!!****] (all in good time)!
