OK we may be baseing our hopes on 4 matches, but the evidence is there in front of us, the players moral must have been at an all time low, yet he motivated them into what we have seen in those 4 matches, if hiring a is player-manager the way to motivate the team & start getting results then so be it. Personally I'll be happy to see him a try, but would also be happy to see Hess in the position too, if it was possible, but I think he would also want to be a player-manager, he has stated that he would like to play for another season

RT has done a great job so far but I do worry about having a player manager. There have not been many successful player managers that I can think of in the past. We don't want to go back to the days of karl Elsey. I also thik that if the squad was on a bit of a low point with CK, then the performances would have improved with any number of people taking charge. I think a manager should have that little bit of space between him and the players. I'm certainly not knocking RT as the results speak for themselves but I don't think you can beat an experienced manager.

That is fantastic news as long as we have got a manager with good credit and wants to succeed at the club then im happy.

Adds that extra bit of spice to the final game and presentations that we will see the manager announced afterwards. All the more reason to celebrate in the clubhouse afterwards. Im really looking forward to this weekend of football.
