Lets hope he did because he played for Aldershot against Brighton on Wednesday & did 'very well'.

He was named for Watford ressies last week in their line up. I'm sure Ian will have some more details as he was in contact with one of their scouts. I'd hope that G would be setting his sights higher than Aldershot (no disrespect intended to the Shots), but when the likes of Reading, Southampton and Watford are interested, why settle for two steps up?

He definately signed an 18 month contract.

 

However, that doesn't stop higher clubs bidding for him.

He must have done bloody well considering he played for Watford reserves against Charlton last Wednesday! He played up front for the full ninety minutes in a 0-2 defeat.

 

Whether or not they take it any further, the fact that there's clubs like Watford considering him suggests he should be aiming higher than Aldershot.
