A comfortable victory for Morecambe, at a well-attended game with good atmosphere. It was easy to feel envious. Their side is a relatively settled one, with players like Bentley, Carlton, Thompson, Twiss and Curtis real mainstays in the team for a few years now, and this is something we really need to aim for.

 

The first, and only, shot on target for us came about two minutes from the end from Johnson.

 

Good to see Jay starting again though.

Played very poor indeed but had a good night out in Blackpool afterwards though. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

 

I also thought us 5 behind the goal certainly made plenty of noise throughout the second half considering we were standing with half the home support!

 

Another long trip on Tuesday and I honestly don't think we will have much more than 10 fans up there but still hopefully we can perform better than yesterday.
