Can't see it though, Gary. If only 400 bothered for Andy, I fear the laziness bug and general apathy about turning up for even first-team games will mean a low crowd.

On the other hand, it is on a Bank Holiday, whereas Andy's testimonial was an evening game in midweek.

The crowd will probably still be a disappointing one though.

The odd thing is, everyone knows that testamonial games at this time of year are poorly attended, why not have them as a pre season game in August, when the weather is great, the kids are on holiday and everyone is pent up with anticipation for the new season?

Am a bit gutted about this as I'm off to America tomorrow.

Was already annoyed that I booked it thinking that the season would already be over but this is even more irritating.
