Interesting to think that only about 5 of those players that played are still at the club.

Mitten, Oates, Standen, who played on Saturday.
Deen, Kola, who didn't (don't split hairs about Kola).

We also had the sheer class of Burke, Brown, Watson, Yhdego etc. Those were the days, eh?

CE, every player is under contract for another year apart from Dean and Edd who Jim has not had time to sit down with. The only other player not yet to sign is Petts and Jim said he will either sign fro the Rams or Dolphin Sports in next two days. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" />

I am pleased for Ramsgate getting promotion and hope Dover come up in the play offs to give us even more local derbies.

Ramsgate will need to improve the ground or move so why not go to Westwood.

Wives can shop at Westwood Cross whilst husbands watch the football(no offence June) and the local council will fall over backwards to get rid of another commercial concern from within the town and will probably give the area free of any business rates whilst upping those on the shops that remain in Margate High St.

Call your main stand the Ezekiel Stand(The Hartsdown Park toilet block has already been named after him)and he may even turn up to watch and spend some of the £30,000+ he receives in his secondary job as Leader of the Council. One day he may even do some work to justify OUR money
