Who should it be,it has been so long, the club has made a very brave decision,it is imperative we get this right, i have no preference,but i do feel that we need some stability, if the club are looking then i would say Andy Ford, or to be completley audacious Andy Hess,both have all the contacts also the ambition,

Whoever is chosen, and I would not want to rule out Trotty at this stage, I would hope a decision would be made quickly enough to allow sufficient team building, getting to know the players, and most of all a proper pre-season.

Last pre-season did not give us an effective base to build on, so we started at a disadvantage vis a vis more established squads.

At least we have some contracted players to start to build on this year.
