Well we can only keep this service up due to the generosity of those providing the equipment and doing the commentary. So, if you would like to help develop our matchday services then please feel free to send us a donation by paypal. Head to http://www.stream.margate-fc.com and click the paypal button at the top right above the next match box.

All will be greatly received.

Many thanks

Chris Kinnear didn't have the money to spend - too much of it going into the ground (what there is of it!) - 40+ player movements this season was ridiculous and the Directors need to sort the finances or we'll never get back into the Conference let alone the League!! All my best to Robin and the boys for the rest of the season - will see all the away fans at Leyton! Up the Gate

JJ/Wellsie. Thanks for the great service. I live in Shirley (near Bromley) and was working this morning, (Met Police)and so its brilliant to get the commentary. Why not give a number out and have a phone-in as well!!!

All the best, Steve Lewis

As I have said in the past I think this service is a must for those living away. As for home supporters I am still concerned that some will stay home & listen rather than turn up at the match.I am surprised the Directors havent seen this. Even if we were to have 20 people who would normally attend matches that is still (adults)£160 the club are losing on the day.Not to mention other expenditure those 20 might make in the ground. As a donation has been asked for why not "charge" to hear the commentary. Say £5 for example. It wont cover the full entrance fee I admit but it would help in some way where as now the club MAY be losing out. Those doing the service can take a proportion for supplying the service & some can go into the club to try & balance things a little more fairly.I know it may sound harsh to do so for those that ARE living away but I feel this could be a compromise that will suit everybody.I am sure those living away would willingly pay the fiver to listen in.Those that may be staying at home may prefer to pay the extra £3 and attend the games again. Even if they still prefer to stay at home at least they would be contributing whereas as it is now they are not. They were in the past but not now! There may even NOT be any staying home, who knows, though I am sure some are,but this would help both parties anyway, the service provider & the club at the same time.

For away games,if it were possible(I see its being introduced at Folkestone on Monday away) it would be a majestic service.Even then it might be worth continuing with the charge as it would make up for those absent home attendees loss of revenue. This is only a suggestion and in no way am I talking this service down but I would prefer it to be on AWAY games rather than home ones.I know this needs more work to get this going & I am understanding of that.

Its just a thought and it would benefit everyone.

Maybe not now for this season but something that could be looked at for next season.
