I'd have to say Josias Carbon's goal at Leyton because it was a nice team build-up, a cracking one-two with Harris, who picked out Josias wonderfully and the finish - not breaking stride to execute a volley which left the 'keeper motionless - was just superb. Not to mention it was a last-gasp winner.

 

As for individual brilliance, McCleary's goals against Harrow and AFCW from a tight angle and from distance are just about as good as you're likely to see at this level.
