By getting the £19000 up front, with the plans in now, with them getting back 1 & half acres not to mention the favourable feedback from certain quarters of the council so far, lets hope not Geoff, though time is fast running out for the midmay deadline I fear.

Just to add that it was confirmed that the original investors are STILL our investors. CNC properties are still on board and raring to go with all finance in place just awaiting a notified time to release those funds for our benefit.

Plus KP said that tenders for the works had been submitted by builders, 2 of whom are local (not jobbing builder size). He also said that 3 of the companies offering the lowest tenders were know in discussions to see which could offer the best deal at the price. Unless you were there to see the plans it is difficult to envisage what a good stadium complex this will be. The league mentioned by Ken Tomlinson for the reserves was the Kent league proper. Mr page (the Accountant) also made an appeal for supporters to come forward and volunteer help to M.I,S,A who's small band of volunteers as so far raised £24,000's plus for the club.

5100/2600 seated were the figures mentioned at the last meeting, but you have 3 years to lift the capacity once in the league, provided the ground meets other criteria, so i am led believe. Why the interest, are you thinking of moving over. Also the organisation moving onto the Hartesdown road side is not a driving school but the Driving Standards Agency, (DSA) Apparently it will be used for Motorcycle rider testing. For the locals i cannot see it causing a problem as each Examiner only takes one test per hour(stated at the last meeting)and it will cause the stadium to be pushed farther away from them. The main Home fans entrance is to be situated in a similar position to the away fans present entrance, while the away entrance will on the opposite corner (far left looking towards all saints) with a new path leading from all saints. The plans Showed 6 5aside pitches and a full sized artificial pitch in the Nursery plus a new purpose built pitch for Council use bettween the nursery and All saints. Again according to the plans 1.5 acres is to be returned to the park down the coffin corner side. Also not mentioned in the comments is eventually both the seating areas(across the hartsdown side and opposite) plus the terraces at either end will be covered by a cantilever roof."NO POSTS" aka Dover. Behind the Coffin corner end Will be a Hotel/pub, while the club shop will be in the hartsdown side along with changing facilities plus team changing rooms, central tunnel, offices and above a Club house 3 times the size of the present, Kitchens and a banqueting facility. Obviously when the development starts our facilities are still going to be basic as a on going building project, but even so they will be better than some we have seen this season. Upwards and onwards. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
