For the new application it will have to go before Planning Committee, then the Full Council, then it will inevitably have to go before the Government of the South East for final approval.

 

As for Cabinets, the business plan will go before it. I would imagine that would happen before the plans come before Planning, though I dont know for certain as Im not a member of the Cabinet (obviously!

 

You can use watering cans to water the pitch....the Daily Mail says. It could take a while though! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

 

EDIT: In terms of time, I would imagine it would take some time to write the report for Council. 3 months maybe. Planning applications must be dealt with within 6 months otherwise planning permission is granted.

As MFC Forever indicates, its best to wait for the meeting reports.

 

It could be that the business plan has been approved by the Cabinet and that all we are waiting for is the planning permission from Planning, Full Council and GOSE, which could theoretically be done by the end of May.

Dont worry, whatever news is to come wont have changed by the time it gets on this forum. Its annoying having to wait like this but this is the price we pay by not being there.
