Steve if i can remember your cocky face when we played your tottenham kids,that face fits well with the other 7 wise men on the barkingside bench.do you call coaching kids or doing soccer schools a small business?get a life mate,get a proper job,babysitting doesn't pay off.translation in italian for reserves?nah never heard about it, they don't have them!and soccer schools babysitters,no chance matey,they are not allowed.there are well organized clubs that are miles ahead of the academy you work for and produce better players(look at your u'21s).i'm talking about playing at higher level dear STEVE,managing and coaching?i had a stint at romford in the rym 1 and at bowers with huntie.at that time i made a decision to stick with the kids at sufc and i wasn't interested in managing seniors teams,proof is i turned a few of them down.after i left sufc 20 months Tony Cross offered me to run the reserves at gwr and now i'm at hullbridge as joint first team manager.i made my own search nationwide and still i have to find someone born and bred in italy till his thirties. that is involved with a senior club as a manager at step 5 or 4.you should go to italy and prove yourself Steve..... <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/pipe.gif" alt="" />

Who the fec is steve?.I think you may have your wires crossed somehow old chum.My work is in colleges,coaching and coach education,never done baby sitting although i pay coaches to work for me in schools etc...As for the Academy where i work you are being misled somewhere along the line as it is not in North London.I have absolutley no desire to prove myself to anyone.I do what i do to support my family not for pats on the back or well done`s.As for nationwide searches well does`nt that just sum it all up.If i was on a mission to prove myself i would aim slightly higher than your current employers.I hope this little tustle has made good reading for some and i must now go as one of the kids i am coaching needs their laces tied.Bye.
