Being the first home game that Trott is in charge I reckon sods law will prevail 0-0 boring draw, then bank Holiday at 2-0 win with Hockton and Sessay

Well done PDM. Lets hope your second prediction comes true too.If Trotty plays Seasay from the off then I think there will be every chance that he can score one of the goals.Somehow I think Bertie will come good in this game too. Just a feeling I have.
2-0 will do for me PDM no matter who scores.

I understand your sentiments GW but we could & should have avoided giving that goal away from our part.Whether it be 89 minutes or 109 minutes we were controlling things adequately.I can see where you are coming from with your comments of the ref & dire as he was, whistle, whistle, whistle & more whistle it wasnt his fault we conceded. There was a fair amount of stoppages in that second half but whether it was 9 minutes I dont know but we shouldnt use that as an excuse.

I am still reluctant to blame the players on todays overall result though despite letting Invicta get out of jail. And lets face get out of jail they did for sure.

Thats an ageeable post too GW.However we didnt know how Yiga was going to play did we? It was evident soon after though & that was the only failing today from the bench I felt.Keeping him on.Everything else was spot on!

I like Yiga's style of play but today he couldnt pass water let alone an opponent.Am sure there are better days to come again from him though so maybe best not to give up on him just yet. After all he is still young isnt he? Well thats what we get told on numerous occasions. That is not an excuse for losing the ball as often as he did today.Lets hope he CAN pick it up again.Am sure he can.Just a bad day today for him thats all. But frustrating for some of us to have witnessed it in amongst some solid performances from the rest of the lads today.
