grand national is a bit of a lottery mate.

 

clan royal should have won it last year but was blocked by a stray orsey.

 

i'm fancying a bit of jack high. might stick the other two in some sort of forecast as the odds are a bit crap. i only ever bet on the horsies for cheltenham and the national, so do not listen to me. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I'm going with old 'shotgun willie'....

 

backed 'shotgun' in the derby in 70's with piggot on board at 60-1 and it came in third...cleaned up on the each way and wa'nked it all away on the roulette table that night.....never even got to sha'g the bird who was with me as she disappeared as soon as the last 'monkey' went...

I think im going to go for Clan Royal to win, as Tony McCoy will be desperate to win this...

 

Its the only piece of silverware missing from his impressive trophy cabinet apparently...

 

I may go for Jack High each way and possibly another pony...

I always back the horse by the number <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> as its always near my birthday I choose the horse with the number I will be on Monday, and yes I can still do this I am not that old yet <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
