Well just heard the interview...

 

and got to say I was very very please with ashley he has mentioned in full about our plight and told the council they need to sort this out ! and also we are a very very important part of the community ...WELL DONE ASHLEY ....

 

He really fought our corner this morning and who ever feels they are not going to attend to give it a go...he has just spent 20 mins speaking the vurtues of the club and we are safe in the league i beleive so come along and have a laugh if you want..but again well done ashley...

Missed it myself thanks to oversleeping. Good to know that Ashley was on the ball and I will hold my hands up and say thanks to him for that. It doesn't mean he won't get any less stick though if things do not go well. Fortunately for him I suppose is the fact we will be the other side of the ground to him, though I'm sure the seated spectators will make him aware of their views too

Its not as if he was a million miles away! He's had to try to learn the names of a lot of people in a short space of time so getting one slightly wrong is not the end of the world.

 

By all means mock him for being an incompetent football manager, but picking him up on a minor detail and being rude for the hell of it is not particularly productive.

This question was asked during the interview and we would like to thank all the Slough Town fans who sent us their thoughts and opinions over the last couple of days.

Well downloaded the interview and agree that Ashley came across well. Still not in favour of the idea, but it's going to happen so lets get on with it and see how many hundreds <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smirk.gif" alt="" /> it adds to the gate.
