Chris - I have moved your post as you have once again forgotten to send the information through for publication on the Trust Website. I'll remind you again, we're paying for the site and domain names, yet every time there's some information from the Trust, you go and post it on here. Do we really need/want to have a trust website for the official release of information or not? If not, please let me know so we can cancel the costs and save Matt W and I a lot of time in not having to update the site.

 

There will be details of the STST election 'charge' up on the Trust Website later today.

ok ok ok...i know...we are working on a press statement..which you will have the approved copy first for the trust site....

I think what Chris is trying to say is that we know the Trust site is woefully underused (which is a Trust Board problem) and the difficulty is if we now put "news" on there without reference to it on here no one will see it.

 

Ideally, Chris' thread "Election Issues" should have been added to the Trust site and then simply a clicky link added as a thread on here. That is certainly what we want to see happen with the press release although that is likely to include very similar information.

 

I think the issue of the Trust site will need to be revisited at the next board meeting because there is little point you putting in the time and money to maintain it if it is so poorly used.

Marcus...we are doing the flyer's for you, if everyone thinks it a good idea, all the candidates could have a peice in the last home programme, along with the results of the questionaire which will be sent to all 51 candidates that are standing in the local elections...Maybe we should also send them to the elected members to... ?? (Ian just an Idea)...

Marcus, we are going to a send a question about the football club to all the registered candidates. It is simply answer and return - not a questionnaire. I think a piece in the programme n the candidates individually is a good idea.
