Taking into consideration recent form, gut feeling, some luck and a lot of guess work and I reckon the run-in to the end of season and final league positions could well look like this (not taking into account possible point deductions at either Altrincham or Scarborough) :-

If anything likes this comes to reality, and it certainly could, it will be a very disapointing end to what could have been such a good season.

I don't think you are a million miles out there W.V.N. no doubt there will be a surprise or two but your final table looks fairly reasonable.

 

You are absolutely right that given our good position at Christmas 16th is a tad dissapointing but for those people on here who were confidently predicting that we would be relegated by Christmas 16th is presumably a triumph.

What is disappointing is that just a month or so ago people were talking about possibly reaching the play-offs.

I know that was probably an unrealistic aim and that the club are nowhere near ready for a place in the Football League. However the experience could have proved invaluable for the future, whatever the outcome. It would also have considerably improved the awareness and profile of the club both locally and nationally also.
