Ashley Hames will be joining Darren & James on The Breakfast Show at Star 106.6 on Thursday morning from 8.30am.

I disagree. Ashley will be talking about his role as manager and about his programme. He will not be raising awareness about the club being homeless and playing in Windsor

That depends on the questions they put to Ashley when he's on the show though surely?

 

They just mentioned it on Star FM saying they've received a number of questions already, so hopefully there will be some in there about the situation of the club.

With all due respect to Ashley, he really isn't in much of a position to talk about our situation, so unless he is properly briefed by Bernard or someone, he can't really be answering those sort of questions

Well no, but he did pass comment on it at the press conference, so we can but hope. More to the point, he'll be publicising the match, something which the club have failed to do for recent matches, so that'll help.

Update:

 

Ashley has postponed his appearence on Star 106.6 until Friday - he is busy in Manchester from Thursday morning.

 

He will join Darren & James on the breakfast show on Friday morning at 8.30am

I can't imagine he'd be travelling back down from Manchester on Friday morning, unless he's flying. Even then, it's a nice early start for him to be back here in time.

 

I'd expect him to be taking training tomorrow evening.
