James in all honesty if you have been in football all your life as Robin probably has been and have excellent leadership skills then he will be on autopilot, will probably be relishing the challenge. Determination and adrenaline can get us the few points we need until the end of the season.

From A neutral not a Rams fan. Why would Jim want to leave? Lets be honest he does NOT need the money. The Rams have a young squad who are all improving and full of confidence and passion.

 

Margate have older players with no commitments to the side. Just outsiders from London comming in for the money.

 

Jim has to have the best stats in non-league football. Loosing around 20games in last 6seasons

We need somebody with contacts from the lower reaches of the Football league right through ideally to our level. Andy Ford is the obvious choice but what price Andy Hessenthaler? Could it be possible to tempt him here with a solid financial package? Young and with a point to prove. Possibly even Francis Vines, harshly sacked by Crawley earlier in the year after getting them up and establishing them.

 

Sorry if I am being harsh but I think we should be aiming higher than the likes of Cugley, Sampson & Ward etc if they are considered first.

at home Gillingham are away then it may put 100-150 on the attendance.

 

Now for the maths say 125 at an average of £5.60 each (pensioners and other conssesions

taken into account) this will mean an extra £700 per fortnight or £350 per week.
