he has the passion experance and knowledge to take us upwards.

Borg has just signed a new full time contract at Braintree. Rumoured four figure wage.

Its a tough job to be a player manager. I prefer the roles to be separate to allow the player to get on with his fitness and gelling with the players...ie playing, whilst the manager should be off the pitch spending time with each player to work out what is required out of them. I fear it might be too much for Robin, though he has my best wishes as player manager.

Don't think we're looking at Robin being Player Manager for the long term, just until the end of April.

I understand that, but even then, its not easy at all to do both the player and manager roles, however long he is doing it.
