[color:"blue"]Looking locally for a replacement two names come to mind - 1)Neil Cugley .. an ex-Gate striker who has worked wonders with a limited budget at Folkestone. 2) Andy Ford .. don't know where he is at the moment but he knows the game at this level and could takes us onwards & upwards

Its a tough job to be a player manager. I prefer the roles to be separate to allow the player to get on with his fitness and gelling with the players...ie playing, whilst the manager should be off the pitch spending time with each player to work out what is required out of them. I fear it might be too much for Robin, though he has my best wishes as player manager.
