Now all this April fool nonsence is out the way lets get down to real stuff! My friend in the Peace Party and ward councillor for Bradstowe Ward on Broadstairs town council representing the Peace Party received yesterday, by mistake i,m sure, a fax through his council fax machine a letter adressed to the tory councillors about Harstsdown park and the soccer club. I t appears that the council feel time it is to move on after years of uncertanty and have allocated a large peice of land at Dreamland Amusement park for the alleged' new football ground. The fax contains an artist impression and a copy of the tender etc. My friend Mr. N.O. Arms has just informed me of the developments knowing that i am a mad keen Gate supporter. Seriously? Im extremely sceptical until I see it on a day other than April Fools Day. I find it hard to believe. The Save Dreamland would have fits over this not to mention the Labour Party would be furious too. The Conservatives would never propose it.
