Still much to play for!

OK then chaps and chapesses, we know we have just two league games left, Sawbo home next week and Tilburg on 22nd, plus two Finals, but there are several Capital League games.

Tomorrow sees the lads at home against Maldon, kick off 7.45 or 7.30, will our erstwhile skipper, Jordan, make his long awaited comeback?

I, for one, hope so, but let's get over there and cheer them on.

The Capital League lads showed much improved form to beat Stortford last week and look what happened as a result of the end of season matches last year. Greg Tiffin came from nowhere to be a major force in this season's Championship team, who will emerge this year?

Tomorrow might give a clue!

And here's an extra little taster to think about - in season 1985-86, Witham Town got 77 points in a 32 match season which is the all-time record, so six points needed in two games to beat it in just a 30 match season !
