Didn't get to Hayes last night, and would like to know the reasons behind so many name changes. Missing names ... N.Gregory, J.Minton, M.Brennan, L.Protheroe, JK. Answers on the sea wall please.

Canv was making the judgement that soon we may be left with using the rest of the season to look for next seasons shape

Did that commence last night?

Did Hayes also field an experimental side?

How was the football built last night?

How useful were the reserves used?

Just too far and too early to attend

Well I'm sure you're all eagerly anticipating Merv's report. But I can say that the football played last night was superb. I think the only change for Hayes was their No. 2 'keeper was playing.

The reserves really gave it their all last night and they should be proud of their performance, especially young Michael Lee - deserved Man of the Match we have our own John Kennedy in the making! Steve Corbell, John Stewart, John Watson & Lewis Lilley all gave their best last night and the Hayes fans thought it would be good to try and wind up some of out younger stars! Maybe some where a little over awed, is Watson, Ian Thompson in disguise?

A lovely header scored by Crow and then he smashes his knee-cap on the post on the way down!! To anyone that went last night, was it him of Lilley that got pushed in the hoardings rather hard?

Micky Bennett was the midfield man in charge last night he put in a real professional performance as did Ben Chenery. Wardy & Boylan were their usual selves but with all games there were those that didn't want to get involved... *cough* Gregory, *cough* Brayley.

Most of the players were there last night meeting and greeting the fans... Neil Gregory, Knight, Protheroe, Matt Jones, Ross Johnson, Chris Duffy, Kevin Dobinson, (sporting a rather large scar on his temple)

All in all, a good night out!
