As a recently returned Blues fan (midway through last season) I'd just like to say thanks for the great entertainment the management & team are providing at the moment. After craning my neck to see us lose at Melbourne in early January, swiftly followed by JE's departure it was starting to look a bit dodgy. But the decision to appoint Matt Jones(and his decision to stay) have been fully vindicated. The recent wins against Fish & Bromley plus yesterdays 4 goal trouncing of Margate have been fantastic. We still have a lot to play for this season and I'm sure the team spirit is running high. Great work all of you, from an appreciative spectator. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/applaus.gif" alt="" />

Bit of a sado comment from you sean. I too as many many others have been watching ricay for a number of years and for once i can actually see the club moving in a positive direction both on and most certainly off the field. We may well not reach playoffs (we may do) but it is a lot more fun and entertaining around the club now, than it has been for a good while, and as Rick says, why should he/we not say "thanks".

Keith. 2 players both looked to shoot the same ball and had a disagreement which ended in one grabbing the other round the neck.

Cost us 2 points which in the grand scheme of things won't make much difference but its viloent conduct all the same

And the League agrees...

"The award for the "Team Performances of the Month" recognises a particularly noteworthy performance by a Club during that month.

On Saturday, 18th March, Billericay Town travelled to Fisher Athletic to meet up once again with their former manager Justin Edinburgh, now guiding Fisher Athletic to at least a play-off position. Much to their delight, they returned home have inflicted a 2-0 defeat on the title contenders and their old manager."
